Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only in the case of:

  • Physical damage during transit, or

  • A clear manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns or replacements for reasons related to product expectations such as size, color, fit, or appearance differing from what the customer had in mind. Our product images and descriptions are accurate to help you make an informed decision.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The return must be supported with the original order invoice or confirmation email.

  • We may request clear photos or videos of the product to verify the reported defect or damage.

⚠️ Returns or replacements for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection, or not as expected) are not accepted.
A return shipping fee of ₹150 will apply for non-defective returns that are approved in exceptional cases.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders placed with incorrect product, color, size, or quantity cannot be returned.

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the order is placed and processed.

  • All sale items and promotional offers are final and not eligible for return.


3. Order Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, and once processed, they cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.


4. Additional Clause for Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is shipped but not accepted by the customer (e.g., order refused at delivery, multiple delivery attempts failed), a deduction of ₹100 will be made from the refund amount to cover handling and shipping charges.


5. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Mention your order number and attach images or videos clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • Our team will review and guide you through the process.

If approved, you will receive a refund or replacement within 30 business days of product receipt and inspection.
We reserve the right to reject a return or replacement if the product fails to meet the above conditions or if the reason does not fall within our accepted criteria.
